Senior Consultant (Permanent)
As a Senior Consultant at C2IT, I worked fully on-site in Aarhus with BI solutions based on SQL Server, where the focus was on maintaining and further developing solutions linked to C2IT's accounting solution for SME customers. The task included SQL development (queries and stored procedures) and optimization, as well as participating in tracks with customer-specific configuration and adaptation. The cooperation was concluded during the probation period because I personally assessed that the match was not right, and it was better to stop early than to prolong a sub-optimal partnership.

C2IT delivered BI solutions to SME customers based on their accounting solution, and the task consisted of keeping existing solutions running while conducting minor further development and improvements so that customers could continue to get data out in a stable and usable manner. My focus was primarily on the SQL Server part, where data flow, transformation logic, and performance had to align without creating a setup that only worked when no one touched anything.
The work included development and maintenance of queries and stored procedures, as well as continuous optimization of database operations, focusing on improving performance and reducing friction in operations.
Part of the process was a concrete cooperation through my network, where a contact worked for a client that had purchased C2IT's product and needed help with configuration and development of customer-specific adaptations. I contributed sparring and development on the parts that needed to function for that specific client, but the process was concluded in the probation period before the work reached full completion.

C2IT (the name at the time of my employment in 2021) was a Danish IT and consulting house providing Microsoft-based solutions, digitalization, and BI. Since then, the company has changed its name and is now part of KOLLAB, where C2IT A/S is registered as KOLLAB Business A/S, among others.
KOLLAB positions itself as a Danish-owned group delivering digital solutions and IT services across multiple locations and disciplines, including consulting, development, operations, and Microsoft-related deliveries.
